Mr. Steve Sullivan has been a leader in the career school industry since 1986, serving in key roles such as Financial Aid Director, School Director, Admissions Representative, and Corporate Training Officer. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, he relocated to the Atlanta area in the mid-1980s after attending Belmont University.
In his current leadership role at Pro Way Hair School, he oversees all daily operations and is dedicated to ensuring every student receives a high-quality education and a rewarding learning experience. His decades of experience and passion for student success continue to shape the school’s reputation for excellence in cosmetology education.

Gabrielle Caslin-Wimbush
School Director | Full Time
Gabrielle Caslin-Wimbush serves as the School Director for both Pro Way Hair School locations. She earned her Master of Cosmetology from Southern Crescent Technical College (formerly Griffin Technical College) in Griffin, Georgia, and holds a Master Educator Instructor License from Michaels School of Beauty in Macon, Georgia.
Her career in the beauty industry began as a stylist and salon owner, where she discovered a deep passion for teaching. This calling led her to transition into education—first as an instructor, then as a Campus Director—before ultimately advancing into school operations.
With over 25 years of combined experience in both the private and public sectors of the beauty and barbering industry, Mrs. Caslin brings exceptional leadership and insight to her role. As School Director, she takes pride in fostering strong relationships with students and staff, enhancing performance, and cultivating a positive, inspiring school culture that supports growth and success.

Cory Erks
Financial Aid Director

Cory Erks has been part of the proprietary school industry since 1987, bringing decades of experience in administration, academics, and financial aid. Throughout his career, he has served in multiple key roles, including Registrar, Financial Aid Director, and School Veterans Certifying Official (SCO).
Cory has dedicated his career to supporting students on their educational journeys—helping them overcome challenges, reach their goals, and build successful futures through quality training and guidance.

Tyreona Watson
Admissions Specialist
Tyreona Watson is a proud Pro Way Hair School alumna and Master Cosmetology graduate, Class of 2019. As a dedicated Admissions Specialist, she helps aspiring beauty professionals take their first step toward a rewarding career. With a strong understanding of the cosmetology industry and a genuine passion for education, Tyreona guides students through every stage of the admissions process—from exploring programs to completing enrollment—ensuring each student feels confident, informed, and supported along the way.

Calandra Austin

Calandra Austin
is the warm smile that greets every guest at Pro Way Hair School. Her professionalism, energy, and attention to detail help set the tone for an exceptional client experience every day.
With over seven years of experience in front-desk and administrative support, Calandra is passionate about creating a smooth, welcoming experience from start to finish. She attended Coastal Community College in Jacksonville, North Carolina, with a concentration in Business. Her goal is to ensure every student, visitor, and team member feels valued, comfortable, and right at home the moment they walk through the door.

Kimberly Neloms
Receptionist Rockbridge Campus-

Kimberly Neloms is a master cosmetologist with over 35 years of experience. She has been a salon manager for several salons and a platform artist for a well-known hair care company. Kimberly was excited and determined to succeed in the beauty industry, taking customer service seriously. She hopes to change lives and encourage students to achieve success. She enjoys her position as the receptionist and hopes that she has empowered others to do the same or do better.
