Ms. Davis has enjoyed her career as a teacher since 1984 where she began teaching in Muncie, Indiana.  In 1987, she moved back to Memphis, TN and attended Pro Way Hair School, thus beginnig her cosmetology career.  After completing the cosmetology instructors program, she was hired by Frances Sullivan at Pro Way Hair School and she quickly became the Director of Education for Pro Way Hair School.  Pro Way gave her many opportunities in the hair field.  She soon became a traveling director and teacher on the east coast. She finally settled in Jonesboro, Georgia.  After 5 years, Frances Sullivan, Owner/Presidnet of Pro Way Hair School, offered her the opportunity of becoming partners with himself and his son, Steve Sullivan.  Steve and Ms. Davis managed and maintained Pro Way Hair School in Stone Mountain, Georgia since 1998.  In October 2005, they opened their most prized location at 5684 Memorial Drive, Stone Mountain, Georgia.  Their brand new location was built from the ground up.  Pro Way Hair School is still thriving now in 2010 and doing well.  In 2005, they had 4 employees; and now have 19.  Their goal is to educate, produce professionals, and infiltrate Georgia's most honorable and upstanding citizens.

Sharon H. Mincey was born 3rd of five girls and a native of Atlanta.  She was educated in Atlanta Public School System and attended Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts for 2 years.  Sharon came into the hair business in the early 80's when her sister, Cheryl, opened her first salon.  She started out cleaning the shop and shampooing clients.  As time went by, she became an apprentice to Cheryl and went on to acquire her Master Cosmetologist License.  In 2003-04, she enrolled in the hair schools and earned her Instructors License.  Since acquiring her Instructors License, Sharon has been an instructor at the hair schools, Empire Beauty School, Atlanta Technical College, and now at Pro Way Hair School. Sharon realizes you must have a passion for whatever you do and thanks God daily that she has a job she loves.  Sharon has always managed to have a good rapport with students and co-workers.  She is dedicated to her craft and continuesw to work in the salon as well as in the classroom.

Mr. Warren has participated as one of the five judges in the Bigen Barber Hair Coloring Contest held at Pro Way Hair School.  He is a proud volunteer for Hosea Feed the Hungary.  He is the CEO of Rayzorcut Productions.  He is also know for going above and beyond to ensure that things are done correctly, cheerfully, honestly, and in a dependable fashion.

Mr. Whitfield has been a barber for over half of hislife.  He enjoys this profession and has a passion for it with all his heart; that is the reason he choose to become a professional educator.  He attended Pro Way Hair School and completed the Jr. Instructor Program in 2009. He is very ambitious and determined to achieve any goal that he sets.  He has participated in Hosea Feed the Hungary as well as the 2nd Blessings Organization.  He is happy as well as excited about the profession he has chosen and very eager to learn as much as he can.  He strives to become the best Barber Stylist Educator he can Be.

Mr. Buggs has volunteered as a Barber for Hosea Feed the Hungart since 1989 and constantly encourages students to participate.  In 1994, He received the Teacher of the Year award at Metropolitan Hair School.  He has had the honor of judging the Bronner Brothers Barbering Contest in 1996.  He was honored for his years of sevice by Hosea Feed the Hungary in 2009.  In 2009, he was also awarded Teacher of the Year at Pro Way Hair School.

Jessica Nicole Campbell is from Jackson, MS and moved to the Atlanta area in 2005 with her seven year-old son.  She has a Bachelor's Degree which she received from Tougaloo College, a private HBCU in Jackson, MS. She has worked in financial aid since 2005 with different schools both on the school and home office levels.

Ms. Walker attended Mississippi Valley St. University, Mississippi University for Women, and Georgia State University. She majored in Sociology, Criminology, and minored in Religion.  She also received her cosmetology and Instructor's training at Beauty College of America.


Her work experience includes work as an instructor in the Lowdnes County School District, as a Communication Specialists, Licensed Private Investigator, Stylist, Salon Owner, Salon Manager, Recruiter, and State Board Prep Tutor.  She is a member of The Association of Cosmetology Salon Professionals (ACSP) and have participated in the Bronner Brothers Hair SHow as an Assistant Cutting Instructor outside of cosmetology.  She is the National Vice President of The Union-Hunt & Columbus Connections Scholarship Reunion Club, President of F.F.E. Social Club, a member of Mu Rho Sigma Sorority, as well as a member of Eastern Star.  She was voted the 2009 Excellence Instructors Award at Pro Way Hair School.

Cheryl Sinkfield-Hall is an award winning hair stylist licensed for more than 35 years as a stylist and 23 years as a licensed cosmetology instructor.  She was educated at Pro Beauty School on historic Auburn Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia.  She later attended Dekalb Beauty school to further her education.  Cheryl has been a hair salon and cosmetology school owner for more than 30 years.  As a stylist extraordinaire, Cheryl takes great pride in creating beautiful healthy hair that works for her clients.  She is passionate about discovering what makes people joyful with regards to their beauty care and hair design.

Mrs. Renee Dozier has 33 years experience as a Master Cosmetologist and 10 years as a Cosmetology Instructor.  Although, she has a Bachelor's of Science from Savannah State College, she was also educated at Savannah Area Technical School and Projections School of Beauty & Design.  She has served as a Continuing Education Instructor for Billy Wilsons along with participating with the School-wide Enrichment Program for Public Schools of Chatham County.  Along with her many accomplishments, Mrs. Dozier received a Cedrtificate of Appreciation from Cosmtology Clusters.
